- STAINLESS STEEL
All parts in contact with solvent, gases and contact water have been
made of Stainless Steel. These parts are: Basket, Loading door, Solvent
tanks, Still box, Filters, Air Conducts, Water separator, Steam
condenser, Button trap, Solvent pipes.
- COMPUTER GDE
The easiest operated computer. Specifically designed for drycleaning
machinery. Controls the invert which allows inumerable programs, giving
acces in the programming to the 7 sensors of temperature and to the
control of the inverter speed. Thanks to this it is possible to
develope programs with different washing temperatures and speeds
(during washing as well as during extracting). Fitted with a display to
visualize the messages. A psinotic diagram allows the operator to
follow step by step all the functions of the machine.
- INVERTER
The most suitable for leather treatment and delicate garments
drycleaning. Controlable directly by the operator through the computer.
Allows to modify the start and braking times of the extraction as well
as the r.p.m. Thanks to this, it is possible to develop programs with
different washing and extracting speeds.
- WATER ECONOMIZER
Saving system that works over the water
flow and it does not interrupt the water supply in case of electric cut.
- WATER DECANTER
The water from the water separator is re-conducted into a second tank
in order to obtain a perfect separation of the solvent contained in the
contact water.
- SOLVENT COOLER
Controlable through the computer, it allows the operator to select the
temperatur of solvent during washing, being possible to develop
programs at different temperatures according to the garments.
- AUTOMATIC DRYING CONTROL
Electronical sensor that allows to adjust automatically the time of the
drying proces according to the garments and to the needs of the machine.
- SOAP INJECTOR PUMP
Automatic and regulable injector of additives, as for example the drycleaning detergent.
- 2nd HEAT POMP
Integral system that recuperates the energy of the still for the drying
process. This gives a double profit: the energetic saving and the
reduction of water comsumption.
- AUTOMATIC CLEANING OF THE STILL WALLS
Automatic cleaning system located in the inlet of solvent to the still.
Sprays the still walls keeping them always clean.
- STILL SLUDGE PUMP
Special equipment to remove automatically the residues contained in the
still thanks to which it is possible to use the still for several
months without having to open it.
- UNICARBON
Active Carbon Absorber to control the p.p.m. inside the drum at the end
of the drying cycle. This system makes possible that the concentration
of solvent gases is under the 2 gr/m3 at the moment of opening the
loading door.
